My name is Candice and currently I'm living in Hartford, Connecticut (... with previous aspirations to move to Boston or NYC in the fall). I'm a college slave, still, at the age of twenty-two. After switching from a Fine Arts major to an English / Art History major I've suddenly noticed that my ability to express creativity through words has been greatly enhanced. If you are an art student I feel for you; I dont think anyone understood how hard and competitive it was.
There are many, many things that make up me. I cannot fathom listing all the things here; rather, I challenge you to read my journal, visit my photography log, and check in with me from time to time. That is, if you truly find yourself eager to know about me and my life.
I love rainy days, lattes, soft down pillows, picture frames full of photographs, and comfortable pajamas. Someday I'd like to write a book, own my own business, have published photographs, see a Broadway show, watch the world become what John Lennon imagined, and go to Ireland. Every letter, card, or memento I've received are all in a shoe box tucked safely away in a special place. When I am feeling blue, self conscience, or upset I take out my box of well-wishes, love letters, and birthday cards. My favorite book is The Great Gatsby, and my favorite authors are F. Scott Fitzgerald, Virginia Woolf, and Shakespeare. The artists I love best are Picasso, Dali, Jackson Pollock and Georgia O'Keefe. I love the scent of lavender, vanilla, and cinnamon (...however, not mixed together).
